  1. @Callum I'm just experiencing the same problem. Story of the file that I just dropped in the link above you have posted. I worked from Mac on the file located on a Sinology NAS. My colleague opened the file on his Windows laptop, updated all resources and the saved the file again on the NAS. Since then the file seems to be corrupt. No matter what Mac or PC we use to try to open the file... Thanks for looking into that!
  2. OK guys, I found the problem 🥳. Checking the font itself was the solution. All italic fonts where displayed as active in two versions in the font collection. Solving that issue made the damage disappear. Thats also why the regular font always worked perfectly. It had no duplicates... Big thanks to you for helping solving that problem that quickly!
  3. Thanks! These are both files in comparison. The one with the Arial font on the top of the list is the damaged PDF generated from OS. As far as I can see, not much of a difference... Or?
  4. Good idea. Where do I find the font properties in Acrobat? Do you know that?
  5. I rather think it is a problem within the export process from affinity. The same broken appearance appears in Preview by Mac OS. The problems are also on Acrobat in Win. Plus: If the same file is exported from a Win PC the problem does not occur.
  6. It seems to be a font specific problem. I checked with Arial and the problem is gone. Strange though: in Affinity itself both fonts are displayed perfectly. My colleague working on windows does not have these exporting issues...
  7. Hi, thanks for the warp-speed-reply! I'm using the german version of Publisher. I suppose I unchecked the right box (Schriftgruppen)? It did not change anything unfortunately
  8. Hi There, I'm experiencing troubles when exporting my publisher document into a PDF. All italic fonts are destroyed in the PDF. The regular font is shown normal. This happens with the font URW DIN, which I'm bound to use, since it is the Corporate font of the company we work for. Any suggestions to fix that? THNX in advance
