Out of interest, what advantages does it have over YouTube or Vimeo? I'm surprise its on there. Twitch TV is primarily used for Games - mainly live streaming and E-Sport. Creative work and tutorials is the last place I would expect that site to have. If you take a look at Twitch about page, their first line is:

I would expect these contents to be available on Vimeo and YouTube though, not Twitch.

Try signing out of the Mac App Store, and then sign back in again. Make sure the Apple account you use is the one you bought Affinity Photo with.
