  1. For future reference though - there are two spots in your account: Order History and Downloads & Product Keys. From the account icon in the upper right corner of the website.
  2. Thank you, Walt. Maybe I'm just a bit dense, but I'm not sure what you mean, or where those options are in the Affinity programs. So for Designer - if I want to 1) place an image that is stored on Drive into my document, how would I do that? From the "Place" dialog/pop-up, my Drive folders are not an option I see anywhere there. or 2) from Resource Manager if I click "Make Linked" the same box pops up. I only see local files & folders there. I'm thinking that the problem is due to the fact that I don't, and cannot, have the Google "Backup & Sync" program installed - which would add Drive to Windows File Explorer but also does so by syncing the selected folders and actually downloading and storing copies on the local computer hard drive. In this case, I'm on my work computer and can't do that with my personal Drive. So maybe I'm out of luck? Thanks again for your help with this.
  3. Ah - sorry. On PC. Haven't upgraded to 1.9 yet, so still on 1.8.5.703 (Publisher)
  4. Hey folks, Is is possible to link to an image file or other resource that is not on the local machine? I have many of my resources stored on Google Drive - can those be linked directly?
  5. Your product keys are all stored in your Serif/Affinity account - "Downloads & Product Keys"
  6. Now that's a handy workaround, thanks! I'll file that one away for future reference...
  7. Hey everyone, thanks for the comments. To be clear, my work PC is very locked down by IT and I have no admin rights at all. I ended up collecting a number of fonts I wanted to use in Affinity, called IT and had them remote into my system and install them for me. I'm good for now!
  8. I was afraid that might be the case. thanks for the quick confirmation.
  9. Hey everyone - Is there a way to use fonts that are NOT installed on the computer? I'm on Win10 without Admin access. Our IT department installed Publisher for me (with some convincing) but I also cannot install any new fonts myself. I'm currently stuck with whatever is already included in Windows unless I can point to another folder that has the TTF or OTF files I'd like to use. Is that at all possible, or must fonts be "properly" installed? Thanks!
