c: drive filling up when using Affinity v2 with Topaz plug-ins on Windows 10

I am not sure what you need to know. I am processing and editing a large number of raw holiday photos ready to make a photo book. In one session I process maybe 30 raw files and save as jpgs. I have done this for a year using Affinity photo v1 and Topaz denoise with no problem. Since I have used v2, with Topaz ai as a plug-in, my PC crashes as described above.

Hi, I have a question related to this. I use Affinity 2 with Topaz plug-ins on Windows 10. I have 56GB free space on my c drive when Affinity Photo is closed. while working on photos this is used up and I get a warning sign that I only have 1GB. I am not very technically minded, so please explain in layman's terms how I can resolve this.

Affinity Photo Workbook chapter 3 problems following first project
-
Hi Aad, Thank you for your replies. It appears from your responses that it is not intended that one should work on the snapshots, but that one should work on the .tiff That was not clear to me, as in previous examples one has worked on the resource listed in the pink box at the top. I can see now that the snapshots are for comparison, not to be worked on. I have just done the mam_tor exercise again and got the desired results as per the .aphoto snapshots. Now I understand, I will continue with the Work Book. Thank you for your guidance.

I have downloaded the resources. I have set up the snapshots. I have followed all exercises in chapters 1 & 2. Problems start when opening the snapshots. On page 146, I restored the snapshot 02. I clicked on the curves layer. I followed the instructions re a new black & white adjustment layer. it does not look like the example image in the book. Do you have to turn off the black & white layer already there, in order to follow the exercise? If so, it doesn't say that in the book, so am I going to have these problems with the book from now on? as in, does it get sloppy from here because it is not written by same person? that would be very disappointing.
