You might also want to obscure the email address in your screenshot. Exposing it here risks getting more spam, and hurts your account security since the (normally unknown) email address is one of the authentication factors, now.

2.1.0.1732 is an old version. I had this message (if memory serves) when I had a version mismatch. Try uninstalling any old beta apps and downloading the newest ones.

Ah yes Dave, Thank you for the very thoughtful and simple videos. I have not had Photoshop and this really helped me go down the rabbit hole.
