Affinity Photo Beta crashed and now won't start up

Now I get this window asking to log in.

 

Then I do and then it asks me to try latter. I try but nothing happens! I tried an reinstall but nothing changes. Grrr So what to do next? I was also using Topaz AI and trying to save a photo at the time.

I had updated to the beta v2.1.1

2.1.0.1732 is an old version. I had this message (if memory serves) when I had a version mismatch. Try uninstalling any old beta apps and downloading the newest ones.

You might also want to obscure the email address in your screenshot. Exposing it here risks getting more spam, and hurts your account security since the (normally unknown) email address is one of the authentication factors, now.

Here is a re-post of the screen that came up.

I uninstalled the Beta that I had and re-installed and updated...all works now. Problem solved!
