  1. Thanks Dan, good bughunting! :-) I can confirm that unchecking "Convert opened files to working space" resolve the problem in 1.7.2. Attached is the LG HDR 4K.ICM File. LG HDR 4K.ICM Dirk

  4. I guess I made myself not clear enough above :-) I did Dan no difference unfortunately ... and also when I do a reinstall I always delete the folder structure (thats what I meant by "clean reinstall") I btw have NO temp folder there but even I create one the problem persists ... Dirk
  5. Hi Dan, I already did a clean reinstall .. but did again .. no difference. Just to let you know I am IT pro so you can ask an tell me complicated stuff too :-P Dirk
  6. Did this ever got solved? I have suddenly the same problem with Affinity Photo (1.7.2.471) on Windows 10 German (1903 fully patched). Designer is fine. drivers up to date. Reinstall already done. Profile is fine. Drag and Drop or open any file, Photo stuck on 1 Document loading Closing Window via Taskbar context menu: Results in the following: Clicking on "OK" results in quiting the program. So somehow the image GOT loaded but something failed. I need this fixed asap guys :-) cheers & thanks, Dirk
