Just want to share that if you want to save all multi layer you must to save in PSD or TIFF formats.

It is same as the Photoshop, thanks Scott for the video tutorial.

To add a transparent background of clipped photo, you can try this way: Open image in Photoshop>Select the Pen tool from toolbox>Clip the exact edge>Select Path>Give Father>Cut the image layer (control J)>Hide the other layer>Select the image on Transparent layer> Save in Png/PSD/Tiff.
