  1. Please consider a timeline for implementing variable fonts across the Affinity suite. I have, but for this, entirely jumped ship from Adobe.
  2. Thank you. That does work. Should Metal be the default graphics subsystem, perhaps?
  3. Following up, I notice a pre-1.71 bug reported in late 2017 here that seems eerily similar: @Sean P said it was a bug affecting mac but not win, and that he would make sure the dev team was apprised. Is this the same issue?
  4. This is almost certainly the same issue I am still having still in 1.71 on mac
  5. I believe this is related to the issue I found using non-uniform, but still rectangular, grids (I'm on AD 1.71 on mac, not iPad though).
  6. I've noticed that the grid jumps around when panning and zooming the window. This seemingly only affects the secondary or vertical grid axis (I haven't been able to make it affect the primary grid axis). I've made a gfycat video demonstrating the inconsistency: https://gfycat.com/spottedvibrantgreathornedowl First I tried to snap an object to the existing grid but as you can see it doesn't line up with the grid lines on the screen (though it seems the snapping grid is still accurate). Then I move and pan around and you can see the vertical grid doesn't properly stay aligned. My grid/snapping settings are attached in an image. Standard, but nonuniform grid with a different horizontal and vertical axis setting. Aligned the origin to the bottom left of the document using the axis editing handles. Thoughts? Is this a known issue? ETA on fix if known?
