I have a question about publishing books for print and creating book covers.
Can we do that in Affinity Publisher?
i assumed this was a publishing program for books too.
Please advise as books are the primary type of content I publish.
My hopes are to provide our authors with a viable publishing option.
Thank you very much for whatever light you can shed on the topic.

Second that... when we split work between different designers, we need to be able to drag page into a projects, or insert them in the crude way Acrobat used to handle it.

That is true, I did not think of placing placing the PDF multiple times by displaying their different pages. @haakoo, thanks for this. @Muhd, sorry for the partially wrong information.

That capability is already provided. Insert your ToC. Then, in the Text Styles panel, look for style TOC 1: Heading 1 and edit it. In the Tab Stops section, click on the tab stop leader field (circled in red below) and choose the leader you want, or for more choices click on the "..." icon.

Onr Macs, fonts installed with Font Book become available almost immediately in the Affinity apps, without the need to restart them. The delay depends on the speed of the Mac, the amount of available memory, & so on, but usually it is within a few seconds of installation.
