Hi, this was also my request. Why ? Some issue with updates and I am now on Big Sur, I never remember which of the 3 Apps I bought at Serif and those I got via Apple Store or iTune store. All was bought for Apple (Mac and iPad) a moment ago. It's not easy to figure out how the updates are done. I will try to find the best way myself. I read though that usual Credit Cards are no more allowed via Serif. 🤔. In counterpart, I understand why Apple's stores are not useful. ( Special bundles or other material ) All the Best

Hi, Legit Affinity designer is actually running on an my old Mac OS X El Capitan not well restored from a Time Capsule + Time Machine due to a very bad experience of OS re-installation (see attachment) because any attempt to upgrade the mac OS to 10.12 at least fails No more access to the key of the application on my account (https://store.serif.com/fr/account/downloads/) as if it were unregistered or the license not in serif database. Its really odd. Of course, in the same time I also loose all other proof of purchased license for all my other products previous licenses. Even Mail and Contacts acts in a strange manner. Affinity Photo, Affinity Publisher : no problem, they are shown in my account with the e-mail and their respective key. Wrong email ? Maybe. (the iCloud one ?) Time Machine now unusable (full and encrypted), I cant see how to upgrade the OS. Really afraid Sorry for my bad English. By the way, is there a way to reduce the size of the banner about cookies on the website, don't know how to disable it on Firefox. Best regards and take care of you.

As of today, I am up to date and happy owner of the AFFINITY apps (MAC, and iPad Pro) since the promotion and the 90-day trial during the COVID containment period. In France, it officially ended on May 11, 2020. So let me make a small additional remark about the debate on Apple user registration (Mac + i-devices) It is true that it is still not intuitive as the accounts at SERIF do not seem the same from one session to another. (I have two different identifiers, which is troubling. I didn't get a "SERIF bonus" for applications purchased via Apple 🙁 (While for Affinity Photo I did. Maybe there are no others) JR Macros: Channels But I am happy to discover the whole team and its reactivity. The worst for me is to come, I have to switch to Windows soon. Good for SERIF 😋 . At the same time, I'm listening to the YT channel live (Emily Goater)... (If the videos are still available, I'll try to propose a French transcription of my own). Bonjour, Mon patronyme est Lajeunesse, j'ai 56 ans. Je découvre tardivement la suite logicielle de SERIF. Après avoir intuitivement opté pour Affinity Designer je bénéficie d'une période de test pour les autres logiciels de la suite sur un vieux MacBook Pro fonctionnant sur un OS antique: El Capitan. Je suis admiratif et reconnaissant qu'il me soit possible d'utiliser les trois applications avec du matériel aussi ancien. L'écosystème Apple ayant eu ma préférence tout au long de mon existence j'envisageais cependant d'en changer ou même devoir me passer de tout ordinateur, tablettes, et téléphone, compte tenu de mes capacités de plus en plus limitées à m'habituer aux nouveautés technologiques trop chronophages à mon goût. Si j'écris ici, c'est que d'une manière ou d'une autre SERIF à réussi à m'en dissuader. Les présentations du mois de mai 2019 sur YouTube y sont pour beaucoup. ( surtout la possibilité de ralentir la lecture des vidéos ! Ce qui me manquait pour découvrir vos bijoux logiciels sur vos tutoriels n'utilisant pas cette option). Hello Affinity team, First of all, I thought you have had my email when I purchased Affinity Designer from the App Store. (1 Mac application only) Now at home for a while 😥 like many of us, I would like to use the 90 days to try the other 2 apps. I'm just wondering if it could break my Affinity Designer user license after I signed up for the 90 days trial license. Second point, please try to maintain compatibility with the 10.11.6 operating system for as long as possible because I am definitely stuck on it. I am unable to switch to another operating system.
