CaliDude Posted September 23, 2019 Share Posted September 23, 2019 Hello, I have a file that will not open from the AD Gallery. Save from the Gallery took about 20 minutes. I am not seeing the file in icloud storage. I am trying to access the file from my MAC but not locating the file anywhere. I select the item everything dims & it just hangs. It also looks as though your attachment didn't upload properly please could you try uploading it again. Could you also please provide a screen recording demonstrating your problem?
