However, this week I have been creating a Affinity Photo painting with several layers. When I do a "save as", the Photo app saves, BUT closes/quits...gives the error message on my MAC. The file can be retrieved correctly updated. What can be done to resolve? Can I delete the app from my MAC and reload WITHOUT buying a new app? Staff Callum Posted September 24, 2019 Staff Share Posted September 24, 2019 Hi Blu020adt, Welcome to the forums :) I would recommend a reinstall you can delete the app without having to re purchase you would just have to re-download the app from the location you purchased it from. I can't see Affinity Photo in your Affinity Store account so it looks like you may have purchased it from the App Store.
