I assume it is just something simple I have overlooked but for the life of me, I cannot figure out why the "ABC123" Artistic Text layer in the attached file is not 100% opaque.

The text has a stroke, originally set via the Character panel in Affinity Photo, & I have gone back & forth several times between Photo & Designer via the File > Edit in Designer/Photo menu item. Otherwise, there is nothing unusual about it I can think of.

The weird thing is I am fairly sure I did not ever apply any FX to the text, but I guess I must have.

I am not so sure I would ever have found it because I never expected the FX opacity to affect a layer that had no "fx" marker in the Layers panel. It seems like a bug that there is no "fx" marker when it has any effect, even if it just to change layer opacity.
