New here =0)   Also new to Apple products...

On my new Ipad Pro a ghost or shadow of a "layer cell" remains on the screen. It seems to be a function of the program as it's still there on new projects. It doesn't seem to affect anything but my peace of mind. Any suggestions?

Any chance you can post a screenshot of what you are seeing please - I'm not sure I understood the issue by your description. Thanks.

To capture a screenshot on iOS 12: press and hold the Power button on the right side and click the Home button to capture what's currently on screen.

I am not sure the original poster is having the same issue I experienced, but I am attaching a screen shot of what I observed this morning.  I do not know what I did to cause this, but it looks like a “ghost” of a layer description that appears in the right corner of the document rather than within the layers studio. 

What caused this and how do I get it back into the layers studio vs the document screen?

I'm having this "ghost layer" issue too. Bottom right corner and these layers are not selectable. When I open my layers panel they are covering my background layer but i can select the background through the "ghosts".
