However my email address and Product Key not working - getting error: "The details you entered are not valid", however i have cut and pasted from the email sent to me and also tried typing directly in. Staff Lee D Posted June 21, 2019 Staff Share Posted June 21, 2019 From looking at your account on our Affinity Store, you haven't purchased Affinity Designer but Affinity Publisher. If you are entering the email address and product key for Publisher in the Designer setup this will explain the issue.
