1.7.0 opening PDF BLACK when opened or Imported

Ever since the update, I have not been able to Import or open any PDF formats.  They all show up black when you open them for editing.  Any help would be great.  Thank you

Do you have any example files this occurs with, not something I can reproduce with any PDF files I have, also which app are you using?
