Hi,

I wonder if anyone can help. I have the4 latest version of Photo and now when I convert a file from PDF to JPG, I get some random 'PDF' letter that show up.

I use the software, in part' to change a PDF file ( was originally an excel file already converted to PDF when I saved it on my Mac) to a JPG for a website. So I have imported a PDF file into Photo to crop it and convert it, so I can use it on my website. I then end up with some random letters in the middle of the JPG saying -  PDF. When converting from PDF to JPG, the top line spacing has been put out and the tubers no longer line up in the columns. I have run through the whole process again twice and it keeps happening. It never used to happen until the Affinity software was updated. I have uploaded the the JPG file and you can see the letters in the 18mg column under 'Apple Pie' and then 'British Tobacco'.  Has anyone got any ideas, it would be much appreciated. Thank you, John

Hi MEB,

Just one more point, just in case it effects your investigation. When I export the file jpg to my hard drive, I adjust the export size to 900 wide and then tab across to set the length of the document in proportion, which is done by Photo automatically. It is just that the PDF and JPG are not the same size and I need the 900 wide for the website. But to be honest, it looks like the problem is there before I even crop the document, right after uploading or opening a file to Photo. I hope this may help. Many thanks, John
