Brahmb
Hi. I’m new to digital photography and editing, so please bear with me. I have an IPad Pro that I am using for editing my pictures. The pictures I am using are the raw versions. I followed the tutorial directions to get the picture into high frequency and low frequency pixel layers for editing. That much has worked fine. However, when I try to edit the low frequency pixel layer using blemish removal, heal brush, or clone brush - nothing happens. Am I doing something wrong? I seem to be doing the same thing as what is happening in the tutorial...
DM1
Do you have the low freq layer selected? It should appear highlighted in the layer studio. Healing and clone tool need you to set a sample point first using finger to set. Pencil won't set it (by design I’m told). You can choose current layer or current layer and below if you want to add effects from lower layer too. For beginning, stick to current layer.
