Hi marusya_259,

Welcome to the forums

If possible could you make the app crash then  call up the run box by holding down the Windows key and tapping the letter R and then enter the following %AppData%. This should make a file explorer window appear please navigate to Affinity\Designer\1.0\CrashReports and attach the two latest files found there to this thread.

Hello, I have already solved the problem. Just uninstalled the program and reinstalled. Everything works fine now
