Hi folks.

I use both versions of affinity designer. The iPad version and the desktop version. I have to say I really like your software!

Now I have to export one of my images to an psd file. I would like to have all vector layers as form layers in the psd. But some layers are form layers, others are not. (in both versions of Affinity Designer) Why is this so? And what can I do to avoid this? Can you please help me?

Thank you!

Hi Mollekopp,
Welcome to Affinity Forums :)
I believe you meant a few layers were rasterised rather than kept as vector shapes. Are you using any FX effects? All FX effects force rasterisation of the objects/layers they are applied too for example. There's also other things that may force it. Can you attach the file for us to take a look? I can provide a link if you wish to keep the file private.

Hi. Thank you for the quick reply. Yes this is exact what I mean. I made vector layers and added pixellayers to shade the illustration. For me it is strange, that some layers are still vector and others are not. I would like to send you my file. Can you provide me the link?
