SchellBribie Posted April 14, 2019 Share Posted April 14, 2019 I can't find a video that explains how you can make a mask of say a tree with the sky being visible through the branches - so that only the tree with its branches is selected but not the glimpses of sky in between. firstdefence Posted April 14, 2019 Share Posted April 14, 2019 An example image would be good. You could try the Flood select tool and uncheck contiguous. This image was made with this technique, so I used the Flood select tool to select the sky and all the bits between the leaves and branches, inverted the selection and used refine with a small amount of feather 0.3px to make a layer with mask. I then dropped another sky into the document below the image.
