firstdefence
No not directly in Affinity's Develop persona. You can apply a LUT after Raw Development using the Adjustment filter: LUT. The excellent, free app Rawtherapee does allow LUT's during Raw development, you have to set the path to a LUTs folder where all your LUTs are stored in Rawtherapees preferences. From Preferences go to: Image Processing: Directories: HaldLUT directory: You can then access the LUTs from the Color Panel, turn on Film simulation and select a LUT.
