Jomy10 Posted April 4, 2019 Posted April 4, 2019 Hello I'm trying to replace a pixel layer with anther image since I need to do the same adjustment on multiple similar images. But I only found how to do this with an image layer, not with a pixel layer. My question now is: can I convert a pixel layer to an image layer or can I replace the source file of a pixel layer? Thank you for your help, Jonas Quote
walt.farrell Posted April 4, 2019 Posted April 4, 2019 Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums. You cannot convert a pixel layer to an image layer as far as I know. However, from the Menu you can use File > Place to put another image on top of your current pixel layer, and then you can delete the pixel layer. (You may need to unlock the pixel layer before you can delete it.) You may, also, need to Rasterize the new image layer (making it a pixel layer) in order to perform some operations on it.
