Fixed crop size

Recommended Posts

With PS if you choose a fixed crop size you can select a portion of the image and it will get the targeted size. With AF, when you select absolut diemensions the crop tool will get that size, but if you scale it after, the targeted size changes, so it's not so useful. Is that a bug or it's intended?

The Absolute Dimensions option in APhoto 1.6 has been renamed to Absolute Size in APhoto 1.7 (beta) and will now work the same way PS does it.

APhoto 1.6 will not be patched so you can either wait for 1.7 to be released officially or install the 1.7 beta version which can run as a separate program and will not affect your 1.6 version.

If correct they were probably mine. I apologise for any mistakes made by my AI - I'm sure it will improve with time.

Nice. Where do I download the beta version? Is it stable?
