lulublumoon Posted March 19, 2019 Share Posted March 19, 2019 Hi, so when I resize my pictures to 300dpi and then save the picture and then export it as a jpeg, when I upload them to a photo printing site, they are only uploading at 99dpi!!!!!! what am I doing wrong here ???? please help, I am so frustrated!!! Staff stokerg Posted March 20, 2019 Staff Share Posted March 20, 2019 Hi lulublumoon and Welcome to the Forums, There is a known issue with release build not writing out the DPI information in the EXIF data, so i suspect that is issue you are running into. The good news is, this has been resolved in the latest beta, so i'd try exporting from there and then uploading the image. You can download the beta for Windows here or Mac here The beta installs alongside the release build so no need to uninstall the release build.
