Boots707 Posted March 18, 2019 Share Posted March 18, 2019 So, for some reason, when I was using the color picker and selecting a color within my document. The circle selector created a image of itself on my document screen and froze. The color picker still works like normal. But the frozen image of it cannot clear. It is visible on any layer, nor does it clear if I close the document and reopen it. The frozen image is still there. I can't select it or erase, paint over or do anything to it. When I zoom in and out it stays in the same place on the screen and doesn't resize with the document. What do I need to do to clear that frozen image from my screen??? Staff Lee D Posted March 19, 2019 Staff Share Posted March 19, 2019 Have you tried quitting the app, swipe up on your iPad and then swipe up on the app to close. Check Preferences > Tools and see if Touch for gestures only is checked, if so try unchecking. This has been logged with the developers to look into further.
