When I export a file in photoshop I am then able to import it into Motion 5 retaining all the individual layers. However, when I do the same thing in Affinity all the layers are merged making it useless. I have selected the 'preserve edibility preset'. What am I doing wrong? Thanks in advance. A

Brilliant, it works just fine.. I have to admit to thinking I had already tried this without success, but clearly I was wrong.

Very many thanks,

Actually, it doesn't always work and I don't know why. I have tried it with both large and small files but nothing conclusive has come to light. At present I have to export to Photoshop Elements and then save again to guarantee exporting separate layers. Frustrating! What am I missing?

Hi, I would be grateful of a link because I have put a lot of work into this example and I don't want it shown just yet.

Thanks

Hi, It's on its way. I think it is from the same file I sent before, I have created so many and I chose one at random.

Many thanks
