ALXY Posted February 9, 2019 Posted February 9, 2019 Hi there, New here and new to Affinity Photo so have a newb question... Tried opening a PSD file but the text seems to be all scrunched up at the top. Any help will be much appreciated! Thanks AL Quote
Dan C Posted February 9, 2019 Posted February 9, 2019 Hi ALXY, Welcome to the forums Could you please provide a copy of the PSD file to the following link, so I can look into this for you? https://www.dropbox.com/request/H4MmVYPAnzDsJZRWXdxV Can you please confirm, is the text 'on a path' in Photoshop? If so there's a known issue when importing into Affinity, that the text does not currently follow said path. Quote
ALXY Posted February 9, 2019 Author Posted February 9, 2019 Thanks Dan, I have uploaded the file to dropbox. In regards to your question - I'm not too sure - the file was sent over to me by the designer. Quote
Dan C Posted February 10, 2019 Posted February 10, 2019 Thanks for your file. I'm a little unsure of the reason currently, but it appears as though the Paragraph Leading has been imported at 0%, rather than the default. If you select your text boxes and change the Paragraph Leading in the context toolbar to Default then you should find your layout is restored. I'll ask one of our devs to look into this using your file as an example, to see if we can improve this in the future! Quote
ALXY Posted February 11, 2019 Author Posted February 11, 2019 That's great! Thanks again for your help :) Dan C 1 Quote
