Affinity Photo won't install

Have recently downloaded Affinity Photo but it won't install - Windows 10. Whirls for a few seconds then nothing.

Welcome to the forums

Could you please confirm, are you running a 32bit or 64bit version of Windows 10? What are your hardware specs?

When running the installer, do you see any error messages at all? If so, could you provide a screenshot of said error?

Please try locating the downloaded .exe file in File Explorer, right-click the .exe file and select Run as Administrator. Does this help complete installation?

32bit. Clicking System-About in Settings doesn't reveal anything.

No error message seen.

When running as adminstrator the only difference is I get the User Account window appears asking if I want this app to make changes - saying YES and it simply whirls for a few seconds and then nothing.

Thanks for confirming that - unfortunately Affinity is only compatible with 64bit versions of Windows, and will not install on a 32bit version, apologies.

Do you have access to a different 64bit machine? If not, please email affinityreturns@serif.com including your purchase details to return your software for a refund.
