petercaton
I have set page numbering on a master page as per the tutorial but this forces the numbering to start on the first page (page1) of the document. However, for a booklet the first page is the cover and I want "Page 1" to be shown INSIDE the cover, i.e. page 2 of the Affinity Publisher document. Is there a way to force numbering to start on an inside page other that the Affinity Publisher page 1 ? This is easily performed in Word ! Look into Document > Section Manager. There you can control page numbering. Also look into master pages. This is how I would do it: Create a master page that has no page number on it and assign it to your cover page Create a second master page that has a page number field on it (e.g. at the bottom). Assign this to all other pages of your booklet. Finally open Section Manager. Create a section only for your first page. Then create a second section that starts on page two. Make sure that 'Continue page numbering' is selected in section two. I hope this works for you. d. I'm sure there will be coming quite some video tutorials once APub is released. And there also is the built in help system. We're just still a little early in development and sometimes have to explore the software. And that's why we are here in the forum d.
