Yengnat Posted January 15, 2019 Posted January 15, 2019 I'M HAVING PROBLEMS INSTALLING DESIGNER I've downloaded the app, but I am NOT brought to the place to enter the Key and my email address. When I double clicked the download it asked if i wanted to run the programme. I clicked Run and nothing happened. Now i've opened up the download from my files and when I right click on the download and hit Run As Administrator I get the following: Affinity designer Set Up, Do you want to allow this app to make changes? When I hit Yes, NOTHING HAPPENS! Any Help Please Was so excited to get designing and now I can't get in :( Thanks Quote

If they don't work and you have to look at the install logs mentioned at the end, searching them for the word "error" may give some clues to what's wrong. Yengnat Posted March 13, 2019 Author Posted March 13, 2019 UPDATE The issue is resolved. In the end it was my system which was too old and could not handle the programme. Had to get a new laptop but now everything is installed successfully and ready for use. Quote
