Hi - I just r(e)downloaded  designer onto a new computer and I'm getting an 'Install Failed' message after choosing the install location - the installer only closes after this.

For which operating system? - If Windows, then make sure you are using a 64-bit Win version and have one of the latest Microsoft .Net Framework version installed. Also try to install there into the default program app location (as Admin).
