Hi

Yesterday I bought the Affinity Photo and tested it a little.

I noticed that after exporting the files to the Tiff format, the file size is massive reduced.
For example: I opened a tiff file with 112 MB and exported it again as a TIFF without editing anything., after that it only had 48 MB. (same settings TIF RGB 8 bit)
Does Affinity compress the files so extremely?
Is it possible to change the compression in the settings?

Thanks for your help.

Affinity uses standard non-lossy compression (LZW I believe). There is no controls for compression, but there have been requests for user option to have totally non-compressed TIF files.
