I'm using Affinity desktop on macOS Mojave 10.14.2. When I open RAW images from my Sony A6300, there is no lens correction applied regardless of the RAW engine I use (Apple core or Serif Labs). The lens is the kit one E PZ 16-50mm F3.5-5.6 OSS, which appears to be well supported.UNADJUSTEDRAW_thumb_24d5.thumb.jpg.629920ed6d593e6fa4e917c17dc89f30.jpg

The first is the RAW (low res export, but you can see the barrel distortion), and the second, the JPEG corrected in-camera. The barrelling in the beam at the top is very apparent.

Other forums suggest using Capture One or other software, but I really like Affinity and don't want to add more software to my workflow (and spend any more money, if I can help it). Any ideas?

Hi mogreiler and Welcome to the Forums,

I just tried this with a sample RAW from a A6300 and the release build of Affinity Photo and can confirm, lens correction isn't being applied.  However, on retesting in the latest beta, i was able to confirm lens correction is being applied.  If you'd like to try this, you can get the beta from here and it installs alongside the release version.  Once you've opened the image in the beta and are in the Develop person you should notice it looks much better :)
