lens correction does not work

Hello can somebody help me with lens corrections?

I'm in develop persona with a jpg file and go to lens corrections I can move the sliders but notting happend on the foto.

I did follow the tutorial from affinity, and do not know what's goes wrong.

Welcome to the forums. 

Have you got the correct layer selected? The develop persona will be applied on a layer basis, and not global basis.

thanks for your reaction, I have the background and the pixel layer selected.

But it does not work I can move the sliders but notting happend.

If you want to distort multiple layers at once, you would have to Merge the layers first.
