Resize does not work when "New calculation" is deactivated

When I select in the menu "Document" - "Change document size", change one dimension but untick "New calculation" nothing happens with the document.

Expected behaviour: The document resizes to the new dimension but all content keeps its size.

Menu naming are translated from the German version.

Welcome to the forums

When using the Resize Document option you have to resample the objects in your document if you wish to change the overall document size, turning this option off should only allow you to change the units or DPI of the document.

If you wish to change the canvas size whilst retaining the original contents size then please use Document>Resize Canvas. This option will allow you to increase or decrease your canvas without resampling any of its contents. I hope this helps!
