HI! 

I'm from Jaipur, Rajasthan, India & my company for which I work is called RASA JAIPUR. I'd recently downloaded the Affinity Photoshop software for Windows 7 PC in my office on the 8th of September, 2018. After the trial version is downloaded and it appears in my downloads folder, the moment I try to run the programme to install it, it shows that the Affinity software has stopped working. I've tried to delete the software and re-install it thrice after that but it keeps popping up the same window. I am trying to work on the trial first so that I can figure out if need be, I'd like to purchase the software. The email with which I've created the account to download a trial version is rasa@rasajaipur.com and my download number is:  <removed by mod>

I would like this to be resolved on an urgent basis so that I know which direction to work towards.

Your help will be appreciated

Hi RASA JAIPUR and Welcome to the Forums,

First thing to try, restart the PC and then run our setup again.  If you still have problems then try the steps on this post and then send me a private message with the log file :)
