How to resize multiple objects?

Let say I have a grid of objects and I would like to resize each object and keep the positions? How do I do that? When I select all objects and use Transform, the objects get resizes as a whole and not individually.

I'm using Affinity Designer on macOS.

You would be better to use Symbols, you can create your object and then create a symbol, then make your grid, all you have to do after that is edit that one symbol and all the duplicates will alter too.
