Nathan Taylor
When I create an adjustment layer or just make a mask it looks like a mask I made before in the same project space. When I copy and paste the base pixel layer it creates some colors in the shape of the same mask. Can someone tell me how to fix this? Try doing anything with this file. Copy and paste the base layer into a new project to see what I'm talking about. Also, try creating a mask or an adjustment layer. This is the most annoyed I've been with Affinity Photo. I didn't touch any settings or anything, and this started happening right before the 1.6.5 update. HELP ME.afphoto
Staff Gabe Posted August 23, 2018 Staff Share Posted August 23, 2018 Hi Nathan, Welcome to the forums. You made a really soft selection on that base pixel layer and saved it on the pixel selection channel. To fix this, select your pixel layer, and go to Select > Deselect. This will make it "editable" again. Thanks, Gabe. Nathan Taylor
Nathan Taylor
Thanks! I didn't even think about that! I couldn't see the selection at all. I just pressed CTRL+D to deselect all layers just in case.
