Tabbing through settings does not include dropdown and submit buttons

If I open a dialog the only things that are accessible by keyboard are the input fields.

 

Example

 

I would like tab through the first dropdown (arrow down + enter to select) then tab through the size, adjusting it, then tab to resize and hit enter = done. 

 

Now i'm forced to use my mouse to adjust Resample and hit the resize button.

This is actually an OS X system setting.

 

To turn on tabbing to other controls that aren't text field, you need to:

 

Apple icon -> System Preferences -> Keyboard -> Shortcuts tab -> Select 'All controls' in the full keyboard access section.

 

By default, OS X sets it to 'Text boxes and lists only'.
