Affinity Designer 1.6.2. 97.exe

I am so stressed with this program,hopefully some one can help me, to get this installed.  this is what is happening I know some of you have windows 8.1 computer hp. get my two emails  one says order confirmation 2nd one Affinity product keys order part I don't understand it tells me to enter your product key along with your E-mail address to validate your software during installation sign into your account.

I sign into my account  click down load I save into folder with name Affinity Designer windows version 1.6.2 97.exe  so windows asking permission to make changes. I click  ok! than another window comes up do you want set up to close your programs if you click no might have to restart windows after installation. has anyone had trouble with this program installing. down loads successfully than its installing Net framework 4.6.2. another error saying has not been installed because parameter is incorrect  for more information see log file.I am not understanding what they are asking I am not a computer wizard. I feel so stupid 

hopefully this can get resolved. if not I will ask for my money back. I have never had this much trouble loading software.
