I will try again to reinstall, if I keep getting same error message I will have to ask for refund .maybe when I get my lap top with Windows 10 it might work. I am not a computer wizard thanks for the help I will give it another try and see what Microsoft says

Oh my goodness I sent a message to get credit for the 2nd purchase not realizing I had it already in a folder, I am so stressed not able to get this installed keeps giving me same error message about perimeters not being correct now my computer is HP all in one desk top touch screen windows 8.1

I am still having issues with the program I uninstalled and reinstalled it gives me an error item installation failed Microsoft.net framework 4.6.2 error code 5100 how can I get this program running.

Good morning, last night I was on Microsoft website, and they also sell the Affinity software, I was reading all the features tools, great program come to find out it does not work on Windows 8.1 it works with windows 10 so bummed to know that. so I am stuck with software that cannot be used on my desk top computer. Jdesigns.

I am so stressed with this program,hopefully some one can help me, to get this installed. this is what is happening I know some of you have windows 8.1 computer hp. get my two emails one says order confirmation 2nd one Affinity product keys order part I don't understand it tells me to enter your product key along with your E-mail address to validate your software during installation sign into your account. I sign into my account click down load I save into folder with name Affinity Designer windows version 1.6.2 97.exe so windows asking permission to make changes. I click ok! than another window comes up do you want set up to close your programs if you click no might have to restart windows after installation. has anyone had trouble with this program installing. down loads successfully than its installing Net framework 4.6.2. another error saying has not been installed because parameter is incorrect for more information see log file.I am not understanding what they are asking I am not a computer wizard. I feel so stupid hopefully this can get resolved. if not I will ask for my money back. I have never had this much trouble loading software. Thanks everyone who read my story jdesigns.

I am new to the Forum,as well with the software, I like to draw my own designs and turn them into quilt blocks, well I have tried 2 days to load the software when it gets to framework 4.6.2 the error message says the parameters is incorrect. I have windows 8.1 HP. what am I doing wrong what framework do I need for the software to load.
