Raw images not loading

Hi,

 

anyone else having trouble loading raw images? Since Jan, I can’t upload my raw images for editing. I use a canon eos 6d mark II.

Hi Maame and Welcome to the Forums,

 

Are you using Affinity on a Mac?  if so, please make sure Affinity is using the Apple Core Image RAW Engine.  To do this, start Affinity and open a standard JPG image and then click View>Assistant Manager and on this pop up click on Develop Assistant and change the RAW engine to Apple Core.  Then close that window and now try opening a RAW file and let me know the results.
