Alan9940 Posted January 19, 2018 Posted January 19, 2018 I have 16-bit TIFF files that are linear scans of film using Silverfast Ai Studio and have no grayscale profile associated with them. In PS, when I open the file I assign the Gray Gamma 2.2 profile to it, then use the ColorPerfect plugin to convert to the gamma encoded space. When I try to open these same files in AP, it treats the TIFF file as a RAW file and goes into the Develop Persona. Is it possible to bypass the Develop Persona and open these files directly into AP? Alan9940 Posted January 19, 2018 Author Posted January 19, 2018 Never mind...I figured it out. The Develop Persona opens because the file has no profile associated with it. I opened a test file in PS assigning GG 2.2, and then saved it. Opening that saved file into AP goes straight into the Photo Persona; not that any of this matters because the ColorPerfect plugin crashes AP. Quote
