I would love to see a Copy/Paste layer style functionality for layers with effects. In addition to that, would like to have an option for keeping the aspect ratio of shapes' effects when the shapes are resized, without the need to rasterize them. Then select the object you wan to paste the style and press shift+cmd+V (or go to Edit -> Paste Style).
