Affects Affinity Designer 1.6 for macOS

Steps to reproduce

1. Have a simple document with at least one object

2. Drag that object then hit option because you want to duplicate it

Expected

3. Dragging operation should turn the dragged object into a duplicate, leaving the original in place

Actual

3. Nothing happens, option key doesn't have any effect once the dragging is going on. Dragging has to be stopped, undone, and the operation started again with holding the option key before starting to drag.

Comment:

I'm very used to the behavior where I first start dragging and then hit option. Would be great if this could be added, especially since it doesn't seem to have any side effects.

Other applications that behave like this are Finder, Sketch, and Illustrator.
