Can't recover password affinity store. I want to reset the password because I forgot it. Enter your email and the email never comes.

Are you sure you have an account there? Are you a Mac user? If so unless you have purchased the Affinity Designer Workbook in the Affinity Store previously you may not have an account there. Can you confirm this for me?

Yes I am a mac user, the whole distribution of affinity is the email that I used when entering the store. I just wanted to upload the free extension editor, who saw in the mail(see the screenshot). And that's if I understand correctly, it is necessary to do it through the store page Affinity

Hi Ayrat_M,

Thanks for the info. If you haven't bough the Affinity Designer Workbook in the Affinity Store then you don't have any account there since the only other items we sell there are the Windows versions of our apps. In that case go to menu Help ▸ Welcome..., there should be a Claim Now button in one of the pages of the horizontal scroller. Click on it to go to the Affinity Store, then fill in you details in the New To Affinity? tab on the bottom to complete the extras "order" and create a new account in the Affinity Store. You will then be redirected to a page from where you can download the extras. Let me know if you still have trouble.
