Alfred Posted September 5, 2017 Share Posted September 5, 2017 Hold down the Ctrl key on your keyboard and keep it held down while you launch the app. The 'Clear User Data' dialog will appear after a little while, with the first few (three?) options ticked: press the 'Clear' button, either straight away or (if you want a more thorough reset) after pressing 'Select All'.
