Grimmur Posted July 5, 2017 Share Posted July 5, 2017 Hi, I am using AD 1.5 windows version (also 1.6 beta) and in both versions there is no snapping while scaling/dragging from center (shortcut is Ctrl+Shift+Alt). Guest Posted July 5, 2017 Share Posted July 5, 2017 Hi Grimmur, Works for me in both versions under Windows 10 but I have to do it in two steps: the first "Ctrl + Shift + Alt" displays the distances of the object in relation to other objects or the limits of the page, and the second "Ctrl + Shift + Alt" allows scaling while keeping the center still. Staff Sean P Posted July 6, 2017 Staff Share Posted July 6, 2017 Hi Grimmur,Alt is the shortcut to disable snapping when using the Move Tool. The Ctrl key allows you to resize around the centre point and the Shift key will maintain aspect ratio. So as reglico correctly says to resize from the centre keeping the ratio you just need to press Ctrl+Shift when resizing, this then allows you to snap as normal.
